20 jumping jacks
10 crunches
5 pushups
10 calf raises
5 pushups
25 rep Russian Twists
10 squats
20 high knees
10 reverse crunches
5 pushups
10 calf raises
15 sec plank
20 jumping jacks
10 squats
10 sec side planks (each side)
Repeat once more then you're done, that's it.
