I was not sure how great this workout would be.  But holy mackerel! It's awesome. I'm definitely adding this to my weekly workouts! :) 

The moves:

Plank 30 secs
Plank w/leg lift 10 reps per leg
Side Plank 30 secs each side
Side Plank w/leg lift 10 reps per leg
Straight Arm Plank 30 secs
Straight Arm Plank w/shoulder touch 10 reps
